The sudden death has occurred of Patrick Monaghan, Drumanis Laghey, Co Donegal. Member of the Donegal County Council, Road section.

Beloved husband of Anne Marie and a loving father to Leona, Jenna, and Pauric. Sadly missed by his sister Linda and his brothers, Paul and John, and the wider family circle.

May Patrick Rest in Eternal Peace.

Remains to repose at his home in Drumanis, Laghey on Thursday from 7 pm until 10 pm and Friday from 12 noon until 10 pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra at 11 am, followed by burial afterward in the adjoining graveyard.

Family home private on the morning of the funeral please.

There will be a one-way system in operation for the wake, with entry from the N15 @ The Salmon Inn sign/wake house signs and exiting via the Mullinasole: Carrick road.
