The death has occurred of Joseph (Joe) Sweeney, Doonan, Donegal Town & formerly of Bridgetown, Laghey, Co Donegal, peacefully at Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard & Madge & by his brother, Dessie.

Sadly missed by his wife, Bridie, and his brothers, Pat (Eileen), Hughie (Patricia) & Jim. His sisters, Mary (Danny) & Anne. His sister-in-law Maggie, nieces, nephews & larger family circle.

Reposing at his late Residence for family and close friends only.

Removal on Sunday morning for 11 am Funeral Mass in St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra, with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
